New Hampshire requires licensed brokers to complete 24 hours of continuing education every 2 years with at least 3 but not more than 10 credits in ethics. There are no regulations about or prohibitions against taking the same course in different compliance periods.

The Affordable Care Act, Titles III and IV (NH course #484845)

This lecture focuses on two fundamental issues: how patients can learn about care quality (Title III) and the utility of preventive services (Title IV).  Brokers report that this lecture is eye-opening and fascinating. It will end between 11:15 and 11:20.

New Hampshire regulations require that you read the texts in advance and take an exam on each. You must answer 70% of the questions correctly to pass. Exams are not monitored or proctored.
