Gary Fradin will summarize the fundamental problem facing healthcare reforms since Richard Nixon and discuss why current reform efforts will also fail.

After the lecture take the Self Study exam on Redefining Health Care.

The exam takes about 30 minutes each after the lecture. Proctors provided. Graded immediately. You should be finished by about 11:00.
